What is your refund policy?

ComfyWalk offers a 30-day money back guarantee. You are responsible for the costs associated with shipping, however, you will be reimbursed for your original purchase amount (not including shipping).

If you ordered the wrong product and need to exchange, please contact us.  You will be responsible for shipping the item back to our facility.  We will cover the cost to ship the new item to you.
